Janelle joined InteCare two years ago as a Case Manager, working directly with veterans, and now serves as the Direct Services Program Manager. In this role, she supports and trains case managers to provide exceptional service to veterans and their families. With a background that includes advising college students as a Career Services Advisor and assisting families with housing needs at the Indianapolis Housing Agency, Janelle brings a wealth of experience to her current role. She holds degrees in Marketing and Business, with a focus on Organizational Leadership, from the University of Evansville. Passionate about creating meaningful change for veterans, Janelle believes that innovative solutions, combined with a heartfelt commitment, can truly transform the future for veterans and their families.
