With over six years of experience in program management and community engagement, Deborah currently serves as the Veteran Services Program Manager at InteCare, Inc. Her journey at InteCare began as a Finance Lead, quickly advancing to the role of SSVF Team Lead, where she sharpened her expertise in financial oversight and team leadership. Prior to InteCare, Deborah contributed her talents to a variety of organizations, including The Children's Museum of Indianapolis and the Hoosier International AIDS Conference Fund, focusing on outreach, engagement, and administrative functions. Her career is fueled by a deep passion for empowering individuals and communities—particularly veterans—by helping them achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.
